The inspiration
In the past I have been known to enjoy a ditsy floral print or a chintzy vintage teacup, and this, I’ll admit, is still true. But as I get older, I’ve found myself searching for a simpler, more pared-back style for my own home. And the place to look to for this kind of inspiration has to be Scandinavia, where subtle colour palettes, natural materials and simple design reign supreme.
